He wasn't the type that read books, let alone seeing a use for a dictionary. He got it from Kayala on his birthday as more of a gimmick present. He didn't mind it at all though, for he simply laughed it off and gave her a needle on her birthday, filled with bantha blood he got from a local breeder in Byss. He got beat up pretty badly, but man was that funny as hell. As Teth answered both his, Denali, and Kayala's questions, Matthew couldn't help but visually quote with his fingers as the Captain spoke of getting "permits". Most towns in Tatooine, or at least with both Mos Eisley and Ancorhead, where the breeding grounds of both scum and villainy. You can't really trust anyone there, that is unless you have some very trustworthy contracts. And that, was often rare. Matt did have a reliable hutt contractor there once, when he was a simple hired mercenary. However, when Imperial forces invaded the village, they arrested the fat slug and the valuable payment was gone. It was only lucky that Matthew was somehow was able to join the Rebel Alliance and ultimately team up with this crew of fascinating people. Count himself lucky. It also seems like he'll be going in with both Teth and the Senator themselves. Finally Matt will be getting some action, something he's been craving for awhile. Guard duty is boring anyways, so this is a good opportunity to blow up some Imperials if he is given the chance. He then listen's to Stehrr's comment in regards to that. "We're just magnets, big guy." Matt joked with a scroff, "We're positive, and they're negative. They can't resist us." He chuckled a little at that statement as he rubs his chin. And behind Kyla, her trio also showed up, ready to get the briefing at the mission at hand. As they got in, the Squad-leader sees both the Commodore and Jaina sitting in the room. While Morgbra's presence was rather normal, Kyla can see Commodore Jesmond's eyes glare in her direction. But she wasn't frowning upon her necessarily... but rather the three squadmates that were behind her. THEY were simply commandoes, and not commando LEADERS. The Commodore points a stern finger as she calmly, but sternly tells the three others to get out, and warns Kyla that if she did it again, then she'll be removed from her position. The commandoes were taken a little off guard, even Kyla was a little nervous. And how stupid was she for bringing them in? Of course her squad wasn't in the leading position, other than her! How could she be so foolish? Maybe it was simply the dusty winds on Tatooine that clouded her mind a bit, or who knows otherwise. "Apologizes Commodore. This won't happen again." Kyatrah responds coolly, but with a hint of nervousness, turning stern as she faces her troops, "Get back to your quarters, commandoes." And with a unified salute of "Yes mam'", Techno, Sharp-Shot, and Thunda quickly walked out of the room and back to the quarters. Kyla sighs embarrassingly as she sits down in the nearest seat to her as she begins to listen to the mission at hand.
