[@Wick] I also mentioned that Non-Magi characters ( the reason for two different CSs ) have no magic powers. Only Magi are allowed to cast spells. 

They [i]were[/i] the masters of nature spells in the past ( 100+ years ago before the Magi war ). 
The Magi gathered too much power and wanted to become Gods. Reason why people rebelled against them and since then hated and killed them.
