[@KiritoAsuna] So I hate putting on my GM pants cause i feel it distances me BUT, you need to discuss the implications of any abilities that aren't at least [i]hinted[/i] at in you cs. Please pm with the general parameters otherwise I may have to ask you to edit your post. Sorry :/ but i do need a GENERAL idea about new things for the character. which is what the Restricted and Redacted abilities are for. stuff that you want to play with or make use of. Even discussing it in the OOC in passing is acceptable before introducing the ability however I cant have people springing totally new stuff on me ^^' gotta check it before I let people go forward. 

Edit: also it may change whether the academy limits the character or not so for instance in Alister's case if he has the blanket ability to sometimes read EVERYONE. They would have ALWAYS limited him
