[@Cam]the infection itself is not a direct threat as the bio weapons effect has dissapatid from the air but you are still vunirable if you enter contaminated water, walk into a bio cloud or get wounded by one of the infected.
We are dealing with the repercussions of the weapon basically.
The weapon is like the movie I AM LEGEND the people aren't acctualy dead just that they have mutated and gone feral.
There are a few major factions, which is why technology continues to advance but a good chunk of the world is rather dead,infected of in tribes...or alone.
And in regards to tech, energy weapons have been developed but are hard to come by. The most comments type of advanced tech would be the symbioarmor that police, as well as the military use. It can absorb most impacts. And damage but it is vulnerable to acid.
In regards to reacorses. The major factions bases are powers by anti matter chambers and fossil fuel has become old news. And nuclear power now runs basically everything as well as solar and geothermal, natural bass is a big componit in this RP it is like money to other tribes. It can be used to power basically and equipment and is still being mined. But it is hard for people outside the factions to get some.
