The young man was quite observant, after leaving Wilshire he started to look around more than usual and paid attention to tracks and sounds. Without someone around he could use his hunter skills to track, and to observe the surroundings I'm a very unique way.  When he noticed a pink flying creature he immediately recognized it at something worth a hundred percent effort. 

Reason as side he snapped his fingers and quickly said "Dusty...  Chase it."he said and sent the Eevee after it as he started running.  He snapped on his Googles that didn't look out of the ordinary at first,  but by pressing a hidden button they lit up on the inside and suddenly the world became much clearer. 

These Googles could see invisible Pokémon, he then ran after it. [color=yellow]"Wait...  Don't run away... "[/color] he said as he chased it,  if needed to he would try to throw a capture device at it,  he just needed to get a good angle.
