Going off the [url=warhammer40k.wikia.com/wiki/primaris_psyker]Primaris Psyker abilities[/url] on the wiki, I'd say take 1 or 2 "spells" from one "school" or 2 from 2 different schools. You're a capable RPer, I've seen you RP multiple times, I trust in your judgement in making a rational choice :)

Its more of a role/henchman/acolyte/retinue sorta deal but yes, a Confessor would be more than reasonable (and appriciated) to make an appearance in an Inquisitorial Retinue.
