Thanks for letting me know and showing me the map. I was going off the one I found while scrolling through these topics. I've edited my nation and my desired land is now that of the NPC nation of Theica. It's a nice spot and was honestly what I wanted originally. And I've popped on Chatzy. 

I was wondering if someone could maybe explain how the system here works. I read what was written, but I'm worried I've missed a few things...
