Okay so I edited Persephone to this:

After so many years of living in the forest Phe is an incredible hunter/gatherer having kept herself fed for the past six years without almost any help. She hunts with her bow and arrow, giving her fairly good experience shooting a moving target.

The thing was, I found it really difficult to make it weaker than this as she [i]has[/i] survived in the wild for a while. So I made her ability with a bow a bit weaker, removed her hearing. Is that okay?

And yes that's correct Nourish just means that Éclair has cooking knowledge, what herbs would be bad to eat and how to prepare good herbs that kind of thing.
