The character already seems to have a lot of thought put into her. So using her could be interesting. Though I would have to say you are tipping a little in a overused topic. Half demon royalty that enjoys being human and fears to change into their demon self, is easily the most common route for that mix. 

May I suggest you add a little something different? And an interesting hobby that one would not suspect or a characteristic that is not always associated with demonic royalty, making her branch out would add more life to her, I'm sure she will be much better when you add more detail but as it stands right now she sort of blends with a ton of other popular stories.
