The driving idea behind this limitation is that, having so many people already, everything is fairly difficult to manage even from a player perspective.  This is more keenly felt in RWBY RPs because the four-player dynamic means that practically everything takes communication and planning.

[@Scarifar] Plus didn't you already drop out of this once before? We appreciate your renewed interest but I don't think someone who only contributes when it is convenient for them is really the kind of RPer we want to have here. I'm not trying to be mean but this RP has suffered from a massive number of inconsistencies because of players dropping out when they get bored. Since so little IC time has actually past ninety percent can be retconned out entirely but it is still damaging to the fabric of the RP. Sorry.
