[@NekoMizu] Okay, so it's another world that anyone can access. So it's more of a free-form, non-plot driven place where we shape the world as we see fit? But I do assume that there are things like missions for the guild and in the town. Maybe even add a crisis so that the players come and work together to avoid said crisis. Well, the site is pretty basic. I mean, you already got the hang of quoting and mentioning. The options on the reply box is just basic HTML. As for roleplaying, well that depends on you. Well you can respond after everyone had posted (when doing a GM post where you detail what is happening around the characters, what they should be seeing, controlling NPCs for other characters) but you can also post after someone who is interacting directly with your character. It also entirely depends on you if you want to go with a posting order (where you assign who goes first and then the next and then the next until everyone has posted) or you can just let the users post whenever they want. In the case that they post at the same time and their posts contradict each other, one of them could edit their post to fit the other one. Usually it's the second user who has to edit. Usually, a character sheet is provided when the roleplay topic has been made. But there are some who put their character sheets on the interest checks so that the ones who are interested can go and make their own characters and wait for them to be approved. As to what has to be placed on a character sheet. First of all, basic information (Name, age, appearance, [personality is optional], [history is also optional]) and then you go to the more specific ones for the roleplay. As for this one, I think you would need - [Fighting Class, Allegiance (animals guild or some other), Weapons, If wizard, what element?, Spells that they know (I think you should be the one assigning this one), Goal.
Well for the sake of the rp, it's not the same as the real story, since it's not all the same characters. I'd probably only have 4-5 characters from the story since they are the most important. Maybe even a 6th now that I think about it. But I wouldn't say it's not plot-driven, it's plot-driven in the fact the players make their own plot I guess? There are quests, which when done give a point-like system that work similar to currency, except the points can only be redeemed for random things in the questing district. That reminds me, districts are a thing, and every town is split up between multiple districts including three that every town must have. Questing district, Housing district, and Shopping district. Milmil, the base town for Neko has one more. The skilling district, which all I guess main towns have. I'll be providing things to make this a little similar to tabletop, since there are levels, there needs to be EXP. (I'll be keeping a spreadsheet of everyone's levels and such as well) I'll also try to come up with spells for mages to put in a list. Basically I'm making a book of details in the ooc of the main post. Quoting isn't really hard. It stands out pretty easily, especially if you've used a forum at one point in your life. I'll probably make it free to post whenever you want, since some people might take a really long time to post and it would completely hinder the progress. I'll probably make it a rule if they contradict any posts, it should be edited. As for the character sheet thing, I'm going to have likes and dislikes as well. And favourites, because I feel they will come in handy. Also species, if they are in animals, they have to have a set animal that isn't already used (Since most of the story characters are not canon in the rp, that opens up almost 20 animal selections that otherwise wouldn't be there). I have a huge list of questions that I used for the main story CS, but that would turn so many people away lel so I'll have to pick out what is truly important.
