Well I never stated his name nor his personality or really anything at all except that he is a powerhouse and that he is male. So me bringing him up wouldn't mean anything. 

True, I could call them cities. But we don't even know what the world's count for the difference between cities and towns are, so it'd be hard to say it's different in population. They could have monthly population checks in every city and town and total it up and go about it from there I suppose. Since the world is only 10 years in the making at the time Neko arrives, It'd make sense that city population is not so big. Definitely not as big as cities on Earth.

You mean like a website dedicated to die rolling? I could probably screen shot the results or something. But I would still need to stalk the tabletop rp threads a bit to get the idea.
