If Quackshot could cock his head any more in confusion, he would have. He certainly tried, though. The grotesque display of Ronnie and the corpse was baffling and oddly amusing.

It is possible he had a brain or neurological condition that could cause these twitches, but I can't test for it now with my limited equipment. Or he could have been faking the twitches all along.
