Alright, the time limit I gave is now up, so considering there have been no replies here or attempts to contact me on their part; [@lopsided] and [@fluorescent] are being removed from the RP. Their characters are NPCs I will control as necessary, and any character can exert some very basic control over them. 

I will be hopefully putting together a post when I get home from work tonight.
