The manga is called "Kushuku Gakkou no Alice" if you want to find out for yourself. I found it to be kinda mediocre overall but this specific panel really spoke to me. Tbh when I started out on RPGuild I just chose a random screenshot from my desktop but now I've grown rather attached to it c:
