If you consider that the first limiter proposed is intimate understanding, that solves all of your potentially OP manifestations. You can't manifest "hydrogen bomb" since you don't know it intimately. Likewise for the magical theory or whatever behind "your powers are gone."

Hell, you wouldn't even be able to manifest "cat" or "car," so it really puts a damper where you need it to.
