[@Scio] Alright, how's this for edited abilities?
Name: Beholder Type: Enhancement Description: Beholder is an ability which enhances Clive's eyesight in various ways. The primary hallmark of this ability is the ability to 'see' magic. When magic is being cast or has been cast recently, Clive will be able to see a trail leading from the magic to the caster. The trail takes the form of colors hanging in the air, and the trail's thickness and strength depend on how strong the spell is, and how long the spell is supposed to last for respectively. Clive's eyes are also able to see the 'signature' any individual's innate magical abilities, which his mind processes using recognizable imagery to form a representation of their ability somewhere on them or around them sort of hovering in the air. Other features include being able to 'see' people's emotions as colors and automatically adapting his eyesight depending on the situation. For example, even though he's been wearing sunglasses for 5 years or so, he has always been seeing normally as if they weren't there. This ability would be termed under 'enhancement' as it enhances Clive's vision to see things which normally can't be seen, but it's not simply enhancement as the awakening of this ability placed Clive's source of magic inside his eyes. This means that, A. He can't turn his ability off, and B. If he were to ever lose them, he'd probably lose his ability for magic entirely. BUT his magic is already eye-based anyway, so it would pretty pointless to have magic ability without his eyes. He wouldn't even be able to do anything. It's not certain what would happen if he lost only one eye.
That extra stuff about the source of magic stuff I could probably just remove if I had to? It just makes sense to me if it's like that
