He could easily guess the fox probably didn't awaken his semblance yet, that or it was pitifully weak, either way it didn't seem a subject he was proud of, but they can worry about that another time. He kept going along, eventually they should leave the swamp, but then how much longer to the goal? They saw it was quite close the last time they got a good view of the area, so they should be very close.
