Oh, uhm, hi. Hm.

If you subbed to it, you could probably tell when the title changes to [Open] and when the tag changes to "Apply". I'm afraid it won't be for a while, though, as the RP has been going rather slow and I want the current crew to be the entire one for the rest of year 1. I'd love to have new characters come in on year 2 to serve some sort of Kenzan role, only more relevant than Dino DNA over there ever was.

As for the custom structure deck, there's pretty much no limit other than "Don't make this thing broken and keep the card amount to mostly singles, maybe doubles and avoid triples". Of course, my rule for scouting out ten cards on my own applies too.
