[@Rune_Alchemist] BACK! ... And now to answer your question. For the long-range teleports, I'm thinking that I'll allow the Pokémon to pick a single spot while present at this place, and then be able to teleport itself and/or any willing trainers to this specific location. The "marker" of this teleport can be moved, a new one can be created at any time at the expense of the former or if the Pokémon simply wish it to vanish. If something makes it impossible to manifest at the target location, like if something is blocking the way or so, then the teleport simply does not happen. As for in-battle teleport, I am going to make it so that for Teleport, you have to focus for a considerable amount of time. You CAN have teleport prepared in advance, but then you can't have any other moves prepared. In addition, when taking shape, it'll take a considerable amount of time for the Pokémon to regain their bearings. But otherwise, Teleport will have a fairly long range that simply requires the user to be aware of the location it wishes to teleport to, which will make it very useful against some opponents. But... if the enemy is aware of your teleporting and have the right moves, they can easily invalidate the use of Teleport with any projectile attack. I believe for this reason, I'll have there be a limit on how far from the trainers the Pokémon will be allowed to Teleport in mid-battle. And, Confusion and such moves will require line-of-sight and notable proximity, if still ranged. Teleporting too far won't make you able to do much damage. Hiding to stat-boost is possible, I realize, however. ... Heh. Yupp. [@Eklispe] And nicely posted. And yupp, this is a team game. Though, don't worry about the metaing thing. That's why I specifically wrote that it was "Aron's position at the moment of attack" for Natu's attack, as such it doesn't matter where Aron is because the Natu will have calibrated~
