I mean, we've all voted out of game about these things, and the groups are already made up. Will we have a short timeskip and just assume that the votes were cast in-game as well and go with it? If so, can't we assume that we simply agree on the teams as well? 

If we're going to do this with in-game dialogue, voting and justification I can easily see this one thing lasting a week.
