Alister laughed lightly. "Dude it's totally because I'm sexy as fuck" he said using light humor. Alister never found himself attractive to begin with but he thought it would be funny to say he did. Alister heard the gym instructor approaching so he sat up and looked around . With a small yawn he put his jacket back on. 

Alister looked over to liam and smiled. "Fuck yea the power is worth this" alister said sounding extatic. He than stood up from the ground and stretched. "Alright guys. He said with a small laugh. "ItS time to get up"

Alister began happily stretching out his body. He proceeded to do a one armed hand stand because, well, fuck it he needed to wake up somehow.
