I was looking for a Bridge layout of the Nova-Class Starship and found this Fan Created Technical Manual. It is very well written and does include a bridge layout depicted below.

The Captain and First Officer are seated in the center of the room. The forward center console can be manned by a single officer who can fly and fire the ship's weapons alone as well as navigate the ship. There are consoles to the left and right of this console for the Navigator/Operations Officer to the left and a Tactical Officer to the right. To the rear of the Bridge, 2-5 Science and Engineering officers may be busy monitoring their aspects of the ship.[/center][/hider]
