She would have a magical globe thing that basically shows her all that takes place in the world in which she would sprinkle her chaos and laughter wherever she sees fit. She'd probabaly rest on a bed of clouds, too, just for dramatic effect. The realm itself would be pretty small, but very difficult to enter.
