If that's the case, does he have a constant electromagnetic field surrounding him? I would assume so, considering he has to be able to quickly move electrons.

If he does indeed have that, how far a stretch do you think it would be to say that Koko could tell that he was an Electrokinesis user simply by being near him? I've been doing a bit of research into them, and I have the idea that, by identifying electrons in the area, Koko could tell whether or not any kind of field was either being exerted over charged objects in the area, or if there were charged particles generating said field around him.

It doesn't even matter much, I just wanted some basis for the future ^-^
