I haven't decided on an actual layout for the rooms, but there's a bathroom, a bedroom that can technically fit two people, a small living room, a kitchen, and a small balcony that can be used for hanging laundry. There should generally be enough room to put many household items (like a laundry machine!) in the room without taking up way too much space.
