Welcome. My name is Glacia of the Elite Four. I've traveled from afar to Hoenn so that I may hone my Ice-type moves.
“But all I have seen are challenges by weak Trainers and their Pokémon.

 Glacia sent out Abomasnow and Liam called on Scarlet the Delphox, who was holding a Heat Rock.

 “Signal Beam straight down!” Liam called. The attack was launched downward and pushed the Delphox off the ground to avoid a x2 attack.
 “Clever.” Glacier praised, “But not good enough, Ice Shard!”  The attack hit Scarlet

“Fire Blast!” The powerful fire move blasted Abomasnow for massive damage and KO’d it. Glacia next called on Beartic

“Mystical Fire!” Liam called. Scarlet’s signature move blasted the Beatrice, doing significant damage.
“Use Rest!” Glacier ordered. Beatrice went to sleep and restored its health.

 “Blast Burn!” Liam called. The powerful Fire type attack scorched Beartic. Beatrice was asleep during Scarlet’s recharge

“Flamethrower!” This attack finished Beartic off. Froslass took its place.

“Mystic Fire!” Liam called
“Hail!” Glacier commanded. The intense heat returned to being a hailstorm. Froslass was able to evade due to Snow Cloak.

“Sunny Day!” Liam called. The intense sunlight returned and Scarlet’s leg was hit by an Ice Beam, freezing said leg to the ground.

“Fire Blast!” Froslass was unable to do anything and was KO’d. Vanilluxe replaced it.

 “Fire Blast!” Liam called.
 “Mirror Coat!” was Glacia’s reply. The attack bounced back doubled toward Scarlet. (110 power *1.5 for STAB, *1.5 for sun*2 for weakness, *2 for mirror coat’s reflection =990 power /2 for resistance = 495 power)
 Scarlet was hit and took moderate damage.

Liam tried again, and Glacia countered the same way.
 “Now Flame Charge while its using Mirror Coat!” Scarlet charged forward and hit the Pokémon first, canceling the Mirror Coat, Vaniuxe was KO’d and replaced by Walrein

“Solar Beam!” Liam ordered. The move fired immediately and hit Warren for a fair amount of damage. Walrein was than ordered to use Sheer Cold, which failed.

 Liam called for another Solar Beam. Walrein was hit again and was starting to look like it was in bad shape.
 “Surf!” Glacia ordered. A tidal wave began to crash down on the arena.

“Solar Beam!” The blast of energy shot through the tidal wave, evaporating a great chunk as it went through and nicked Walrein, KO’d it. Glacia sent out her last Pokémon, Glalie.

Water Shuriken was able to finish Glalie off. Liam won and moved on to the final Elite Four member, Dake.
