[@Mr Allen J]  Er, I may have misunderstood.  Is it meant to be implied that she didn't physically speak?
Otherwise I think my post is reasonable.  She may have heard it in her own "voice" but she was also hearing it outside.  So she combined the two together and attributed it to Bae(and then remarked that it was weird she could hear it so well).
