[@JackalopeLove] I must have forgotten to put this in the first OOC, but IAAN is something that only affected USA. It also happened very rapidly. From the time of the first deaths to the starting of camps was a couple of months. In the books there is a moment when some characters contemplate it thinking it may be a biological weapon or some sort of poison in the water. All countries pretty much cut off America in a way and for the sake of avoiding spoilers I won't mention something until Bass gets to that point. He'll know when he gets there.

Other than that the CS looks good. Just edit that small stuff and you'll be good.
