In fourty minutes of idle chatter, I'd let the white noise of the road under the wheels lull me into a half-asleep state, only talking minimally where I'd normally have been easily as awake as anyone else in this car.

Thankfully, though, all that was left was just some walking. In terms of keeping forward motion going, grinding against a massive block in my way, I was a veteran. Even if the block was my own body, wanting to just chill out more.
