[@Slime] [@Dawnscroll] Alright, edited both Tianzi and Rider's app. Rider now has her chariot and bulls listed as her Noble Phantasm, alongside some small edits on other places and a little explaining on her parameters. Tianzi now has her app focus more on her Elemental Magic, but I have refrained from putting much details on the extent of her capability since it felt like something that'd be better consulted to you two first.

She's meant to mostly only be able to utilize mid to low tier magecraft most of the time, and even that would be taxing to her.
