Now if you mean does he know anything about Sapphire's upbringing or home life, no, but he could make some conclusions based off her attitude and what her father is like. Gren has already figured out that Sapphire likely lived a very spartan existence and that her father puts a lot of pressure on her as hunter because frankly that would make sense. Gren would likely know about Sapphire's siblings, mother, and uncle as well, though unless they too have earned some distinction Gren probably doesn't have much info on them.

How would he know about her uncle. Or rather how would know she calls Daniel "uncle"? They're not related he's just a family friend.
