Essentially. It tracks your GPS, and Gren probably hasn't done it since Sapphire came back from her night out with Oswald. Most of his research has instead been focusing on her father and family rather than Sapphire herself. Other information such as her texts or calls require a different sort of connection which, while possible for Gren to do, isn't really something he's found time or reason to do. Mostly since his mind has been other making more friends or new ways to blow things (And possibly himself) up.
