The first of these abilities would be his main offensive one, The Severing Touch. This ability allows him, in the most basic sense, to cut things. While this doesn't really sound too complicated at first, one must realize that he can cut away things that aren't even really there, at least, not in the physical sense. A memory, pain, magical energy, even the ability to use magic itself, he can sever ones ties to this with his touch, but the more abstract the thing is, and the more entangled it is with a person's identity, the more energy is required. Another thing to note that the cost of these can be lightened by a lot by making the effects temporary, usually anywhere from one to two posts, which allows him to use his more taxing abilities more frequently. He can also create bladed weapons out of the severing magic, which causes them to take on a vague red appearance, and while they can cut through any normal steel-like hot butter, against magically reinforced materials, it'll have a much harder time of it. The second ability would be his main supportive and most versatile, The Binding Touch. This ability allows him to tie two things together, either on a physical level, or on a conceptual level. For instance, if he were to touch two people while using this ability, he could bind them together in any number of ways. He could make it so that they share strength, that they both feel each others pain, that they both use the same pool of magical energy, and that they can't move more than a certain distance away from each other. Again, this follows the same caveat as above, and again, if made temporary, the cost of these abilities lessens by a good deal, making them viable for use in combat as well as day to day life. he can also use this ability to bind things that he has cut, fusing them together as it were. The final ability is the most abstract, The Restoring Touch. This ability can be used to heal, rejuvenate, even revive anything by bringing back to peak condition. By far his most taxing ability, it can be used on nearly anything and everything, the applications not just being limited to healing, though with the toll it can have on his body, combat use is usually not suggestible. Also, unlike the other two, these affects can't be made temporary. It's always a permanent effect. Magic Level: A History: Ezekiel was born to a normal family in Fiore, eeking out a living on the farmland for the most part, though in that regard he was of little help. Blind since birth, Ezekiel spent most of his early years of life trying to figure what his lot in life was. Up until he was around 14. life seemed simple, with him showing a head for numbers and helping his parents keeping track of thinks after the harvest time and what not. It wasn't the most exciting work, but he enjoyed it. Unfortunately, it wasn't to last. A group of bandits attacked the farm, taking everything they could while rounding up all the farm hands and his parents. Ezekiel had never been more afraid, unable to see or do anything as he heard the sounds of his family's livelihood being taken from them. This fear, and the anger that mixed into it, came to a head when he heard his mother scream out in pain. It wasn't until afterwards that he learned that one of the bandits had struck her when she tried to tell them to leave them all alone. Whatever the case, it was the straw the broke the camels back, and changed his life from then on out. His pale, milky eyes suddenly exploded with an intense crimson light, and as he stood up from the ground, crimson magical energy would spin him like a whirlwind. And for the first time in his life, Ezekiel could see. It wasn't as people had told him, he couldn't see things as whole pieces, but as a culmination of their separate parts. And yet, from these parts, he can see so much more than the average person, as if he could touch the minds of those around him. Looking towards the bandits, he simply raised a hand, before pushing it forward, summoning forth a hail of crimson energy blades before him. The bandits never stood a chance, and while he managed to avoid killing them, they were all severely wounded. After this incident, Ezekiel's time with his family was made very limited. While they stilled loved him, magic and all, the farmhands were already giving him looks and whispering behind his back. It was around this time that Ezekiel began to notice the strings that connected everyone together, the connections that everyone had. And all the ones that lead to him, even those from his own parents, contained some hint of fear. Knowing that his presence would only cause issues, Ezekiel decided to leave his family, not wanting to cause his family to lose their livelihood just because of him. He traveled the country for sometime after that, practicing his powers and working to help people when he could. He discovered many new things and truly expanded his world view, but through out it all, he felt a deep sense of longing for simpler time and, more intensely, a sense that he was merely wondering with no destination. He felt lost for quite sometime until he heard about the Grand Magic games. While skeptical at first, he realized that maybe joining up with one of the guilds would help give his life some direction. As such, he set off for Crocus, wondering what change this decision will have on him later in life. Personality: Ezekiel is an all around calm and contemplative individual, never much for rushing into a situation, and always seeking to understand ever facet of a problem before attempting to solve it. Guild and guild mark location: Dragon Fang mark would be on his right shoulder Team Members: N/A Three Strengths: (Not just combat) 1. Is highly empathetic and, due to his gift, is really good at reading people and moods 2. Highly efficient at using his Magical energy, as well as being good at helping others hone theirs as well 3. Is really good at sewing, as well as having some actually medical know-how. 4. A side effect of his powers is that he can see the connections between everything and everyone to some extent, as well as the components that make up a person, both physically and meta-physically. This means that he's extremely perceptive and it's very hard to hide from him. Three Weaknesses: (Make them Applicable) 1. His sight can be bypassed if a person has some form of dimensional magic, as this distorts his vision when used due to the ripples effects it can have on reality. This makes him effectively blind for the most part and thus makes his magic much harder to use since he can't accurately target anything. 2. He must touch someone in order to use his power on them, the only exception being his Severing blades, which he can through at others to do damage but nothing else. 3. While having powerful magic, Ezekiel is not a fighter by any means, and since his magic requires him to get close to his opponent and touch them, any skilled combatant could easily wipe the floor with him if he doesn't manage to take them out quickly with the element of surprise. 4. Can be easily distracted and side-tracked Greatest Love: Peace, Quiet, and Meditation Motivation: At the moment to strengthen his magic, but is lacking anything concrete Additional Details: Likes cats a lot, and is usually followed around by 2-3 at any given time if he doesn't shoo them off.
