I figure I might as well just mention my plans here for you guys to have your say in.
So considering teams have been formed, my idea was to have a member of team SILC drop out, namely Cassidy. So then Cedar from team JACY would be moved to SILC and Venator would be placed in the remnant of team JACY to make up for this, so they'd become team JAVY (Javelin.)
As for plot reasonings, we'll say Venator came to Lustre early and since he had nowhere else to go, did a pre-exam before the others did and has just been absent until now. 
How's that for you guys?
