[@Sho Minazuki] He's not got any extra equipment and I had to nerf his semblance a bit (it can boost him or summon one wolf, but not both). He has his guns and his semblance, but no other equipment. His mask is an aesthetic choice and sort-of hands-free for his scroll but It doesn't have any special gadgets.

The only real tricks are the dust rounds. Do you mean he should have less dust types, or spread them out more? Three on his gun, two as seperate bombs?
