[@Aix]: I'll be generous for the most part for natives; so long as they are reasonable within a Western fantasy setting (and by reasonable I mean reasonable for a member of the main party).

As for power level... Obviously it'll scale over time, but it'll start fairly mundane and weak. Of course, magic exists and magic tools exist and abilities exist, so it won't stay like that forever.
