Yeah I would imagine that both dichotomies would be entertaining to say the least. I would imagine that the idea of the ethnic "rankings" would have to be changed by Hitler seeing as his primary allies are part of the third ring [The catholic Mediterraneans], but Italy's position is definitely one that would be able to accomplish a fair amount. 

As for England my policy would be to basically sit on my Island and buy time for the USA to do whatever it was going to do. I would imagine it would not be feasible Germany would be able to easily invade London with the United States assisting. There might even be commonwealth revolts in former English colonies like south Africa that could be used to one's advantage.
