I don't recall anyone who's active who has a character that instinctively wants to deck every magic user on sight.

The one who doesn't believe in magic is Arthur Pendleton, Sodium's character. Sodium isn't playing anymore.

With Rhian, it's at MOST 2/20 players. (Or is it 21 players?)
