[@Pink Madness]Pretty sure that sums up how catching Pokemon works, not sure how Pikachu would be more rare than anything else. Eevee is said to be rare though and considering Team Virtue/Amethyst's exploits you might have a hard time with that one even if you do find it. ^.^
