"I think a nurse came to see her... something about her family." Lariah spoke up to Julio. "I'm sure everything's fine. Does concern us a bit... but hey, we still need to eat." She grinned as she dug into a plate of fried fish.

"Actually, friend." Isaac corrected Asher. "Lustre's been up fer 10 years now. We got upperclassmen, my guess is they just got a day off considerin' all the staff been dealin' with us." 

"Yeah, that must be right. I mean Cinnamon is-" Cedar began to say but quietened down a bit. "...I mean, I know an upperclassman at this academy." He corrected himself.
