Noibat hates the very concept of Trainers ever since one stole her surrogate father from her, and thus believes they are all terrible people by default a d cares nothing for them. As for the Gijinka thing, I think it's not suggestible rather than not an option. Besides, if it does come to that, then I'm sure we can come up with a good excuse.
