Well, whatever, it'll work. That being said, "dimensional shenanigans" are a little iffy because the big world-scrambling event amounted to copypasting chunks of a bunch of different versions of the earth/solar system/universe together into a vaguely coherent whole with no real changes to any of them. 

I'd be fine with it if she stayed as a digital entity/hologram and just uploaded herself into the killbot or a drone chassis as appropriate, though.
