And really, lashing out a tentacle just gave something to grab onto. No style, no fighting capability--taking the hit, especially with alcohol deadening the sensation, gave Yuki something to hold. It might be determined to run off with the princess, but it would really have to do something about the samurai digging her nails into it as she kept tightening her grip.[/hider]
