[@KiritoAsuna] I only put the "Master" section in the case that the character did have a Master, as Master-Apprentice relationships are a big thing in the RP. It's entirely possible to be self-taught, though a word of advice: Apprentices with Masters are generally more advanced than those without, since they've got a jump-start on their instruction. Still, there are a large number of self taught students as Masters don't grow on trees, most only take a single apprentice, and some don't take an apprentice at all.

It's often said "the quality of the apprentice reflects the quality of the Master" so to speak.
