Hello[@TheHangedMan]! I'm looking for some magical goodness, and I really like the tone of your write-up. I have a character concept in mind, but like abloomingflower, I'm wondering about the upper age limit. 21 is a bit on the young side for me, I prefer characters who are at least 25 or so.

Would a firm journeyman-rank Mage at 25 be appropriate?
