Genma is rather small for his age, at barely 5'2", and, seen undressed, is all skin and bones- The type of kid that should probably watch out for a strong gust of wind, lest he be carried off by it. He dresses like most others in his clan, with a long jacket, scarf, and bound pants covering every inch of his skin save for some of his face- Which is usually concealed by his goggles. Beneath it all, his skin is pale and thin, speaking of a mildly sickly disposition.

Despite his frail nature, Genma excels as a genin and as a shinobi in general, mastering the insect based jutsu and secret arts of his clan rapidly. However, while he knows his chakra nature, he does not have access to any jutsu outside of those used by the Aburame- Restricted purely to the use of his insects, as he has no talent for genjutsu, and his taijutsu is fairly sub-par.

As is expected of most Aburame, Genma is a little.... -Weird-. His interest in insects is, of course, excessive- To the point where he's been known to completely forget what he was talking about with somebody, and walk away without a word in pursuit of an interesting bug. And, when holding a conversation, he often, and quite unintentionally, comes off as... unnecessarily intense, serious and direct in his mannerisms and speech.

Born to one of the noble clans of Konoha, Genma found expectations to be high and wiggle room to be low from an early age- Which, frankly, suited him just fine. Like any Aburame, he was given to the Kikaichu beetles at a young age, and has since coexisted with the insects within his body. He learned the jutsu and secret arts of his clan at a surprising pace- Keeping up even with the clan head's own son, his cousin Sen. He joined genin academy a year late, however, due to his focus on learning those arts at home, and is thus slightly older than his comrades- A fact that invariably makes him a little uncomfortable. He scored third on the genin aptitude tests- Only so high due to his mastery over the Aburame arts and espionage, despite his subpar physical capabilities, and lack of other jutsu.

As stated before, Genma has the habit of forgetting what he was doing completely and going off in pursuit of an interesting bug. This extends to even the most mundane tasks- He's often abandoned meals, conversations, classes, and even training due to the distractions. Though, he probably wouldn't get distracted in a serious situation... or at least, that's what people hope.[/hider]

Standing at 6'3" and built with the lithe, athletic build expected of a shinobi, Izumo would have no trouble blending into a crowd of leaf ninja... If his hair weren't comparable in color to sour apple candy. His eyes hold the same hue- Though it's less noticeable behind the glint of his glasses. Previously a member of the ANBU black ops, he's managed to keep his old gear and outfit, and is usually seen wearing it- though he keeps the mask hanging at his belt, until he finds himself in a combat situation.

As a Jonin, Izumo possesses a wide range of jutsu of both water and wind natures, and while he doesn't possess a natural kekkei genkai, he is quite capable of fusing jutsu of the two natures to create his own unique, powerful jutsu with the results. His tai-jutsu, of course, is superb- and his genjutsu is at jonin levels... Though only barely.

A studious man, Izumo is generally well mannered and calm. He can often be seen reading various magazines involving the latest news in science and jutsu, usually over a cup of strong coffee- Admittedly an odd choice in beverage, though he says he'd rather be addicted to caffeine than nicotine, suggesting he dropped a smoking habit some time ago. While he isn't particularly outgoing, he does prove friendly, and is fond of the younger generation- Eager to help them learn and develop into the fine young men and women he knows they can be, making him quite an excellent mentor.

Born to a minor clan of shinobi in Konoha, Izumo's life as a child was rather simple- He attended the academy with average marks, and led a very average career as a genin. Some months before the chunin exams were to be held for his year, however, he vanished from the village on a mission- marked as MIA. However, mere days before the exams, he returned- In perfect health, and with stories of an old man, a mountaintop, and vigorous training. He shocked the proctors in his chunin exams, displaying a highly unexpected leap in capability- Outstripping the competition by miles in ninjutsu, taijutsu, and shinobi battle tactics, even surprising his old teammates with his progress. He passed the exams without a hitch- and from there, spent his chunin career on the fast-track to ANBU status. By the time he was nineteen, he was a proud member of their ranks. Six years later, he was discharged from the ANBU, deciding instead to act as an active Jonin and sensei to the incoming group of Genin from the academy. Assigned as the leader of team sixteen, he now looks forward to meeting his students and leading them on their path to success.

Kiokoru is listed in the bingo book as being 5'9" and weighing approximately 160 pounds, with long, shaggy brown hair and dark green eyes. Dressed in the garb of a Hidden Mist Jonin, his headband slashed, he can be easily recognized by a ragged scar that reaches from the left corner of his mouth to the middle of his neck, also on the left.

Kiokoru is known to possess S-rank levels of skill in nin, gen, and taijutsu, and is thus an extremely lethal foe at any range and in any situation. To be approached with the utmost caution, and only in large groups.

Calm and arrogant, Kiokoru is known to try and upset his victims by belittling them or making them question themselves and their beliefs, or turning team members against each other.
