His feet dragged him past the dirty clothes and other discarded materials, his zombified figure too forever to shuffle toward the bed alcove. Additional clothes were peeled off leaving him only in his boxers when he arrived. He twisted about and flopped into the mess of covers, his middle heavy from the massive two pizza he ate earlier and created a drowsiness in his mind. The fogginess added to his tired nature, his mouth barely able to stop himself from yawning. In moments his consciousness drifted off into slumber while his unwanted house guests made themselves at home. However he didn’t stay that way hours later. It started as an uneasy feeling. Something wrong, his mind restless and unable to calm. Then came the prickling heat. The hot, uncomfortable sensation spread across his surface and edged deep down into his very bones. It brought discomfort and misery the longer he ignored it. Sweat started to bead down his skin and soak his sheets, giving them a slight musty odor. His middle curled into itself causing it to become nauseated and his mind stirred to unwanted awareness. Still groggy, Ben thought an adjustment might help. Immediately his body flipped about, his legs sending several sheets to fall to the ground. He didn’t care they would mingle with the dirty clothes piled up near his bed edge and tried to drift off again. Suddenly, his skin became tighter. It stretched across his surface and pressed down his muscles, the structure slightly odd in the way it budged. It then itched furiously. Ben scratched at his skin, his nails dug over his neck back. It became worst causing him to scratch harder. Something wet and sticky abruptly coated his fingers and shortly, something coming away into his grip tugging Ben from his sleep. He paused and cautiously pulled his hand to his eyes. A large, freshly flayed piece of his skin dangled in front of him. Ben tossed it in a knee jerk reaction. It made a fleshy smack across the wall where it stuck, leaving a red smear in its wake on the way down. His eyes widened in horror, barely ignoring the itching sensation presence, to stare at what just happened. His heart thumped loudly in his chest while he jerked upright then scrambled against the wall, pressing his back against it. He immediately bent his head over, Ben reached both hands to search his neck area. The teenage expected to feel his own muscles exposed to the air. Instead, he found fur. It was wet, sticky and plastered near his neck base. His fingers examined it, but when he yanked on a fistful… pain shot into his spine. He yelped in surprised that it hurt. In his hand were several chunks of blond fur which had came away. The Ben shot toward the doorway, his foot just hitting the floor when a spike of pain nailed his Achilles tendon. His leg crumpled underneath him, bring him to face the floor on all four. Another sharp crack as bones altered their original form, first his foot growing longer and bent at a new angle while his upper thigh shorten. It was excruciating pain causing Ben to release a scream soon consumed by a spine shaking, eerie wolf howl. When Angelo, Carmen and Hakeem managed to bust in Benjamin’s door, they would hear a loud crash when a blond, slightly humanoid wolf busted through the second story window then darted off the balcony. In moments, he vanished into the night. All he left behind was a bloody mess of shredded skin.
