[@Mercurial] I would evaluate one or two minutes for a full recharge. There should be some sort of risk and reward for both your chary and their opponent. And with that some strategic planning can go into effect using this timer. However the amount of posts it goes up to I would say... leave it at one to two. I just wanted some tangible time to balance it out.
