Mhm, with the exception of the two emphasis options in the sheet. Your nation is also generally placed somewhere where it fits in. My nation was Scandinavian style, for instance, so it was put in the north next to a bunch of Nordic-styled NPCs. Plus, Zeelonia was specified to be landlocked and was made landlocked, Slavic-styled nations are off in a clump in the east, etc.
